I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. This was my second visit for routine maintenance and both times my appointments were on time and everything was explained to me. Their waiting area is so nice and has whatever you?d need . While waiting I have either received text messages on status of my vehicle, video of the under carriage inspection and my service writer would stop in and check with me. The service dept is a class A department in all aspects.
