We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

My wife and I needed a second family vehicle. Already having a 2010 Honda Accord which we fully like, that is still running strong with only basic maintenance upkeep all these years. We decided to again look for another Honda because of Honda's excellent well made dependable vehicles that are headache free. We just purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite through Sales Rep. Deniz Akad at Paragon Honda in Woodside, NY on 5/14/25. Deniz was great. He was very helpful when I worked out pricing with him online and was able to supply us with the exact Pilot trim and color we were looking for. When we came into the Paragon Honda dealership to go through the purchase, Deniz and all his fellow co-workers at the dealership were very professional, helpful and polite. Never felt any pressure during out whole Pilot purchase and made buying a vehicle through Deniz and the whole Paragon Honda dealership a delight! Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

My experience today 9/28/24 was amazing our Sales Consultant Beli Cecunjanin was so informative gave us options explained everything in detail and then some . I most definitely will be coming back for a second vehicle . He deserves more than 5 stars let's make it a 10.

I hate buying cars. I feel I've done well in the past with getting a solid deal, but it always felt like a chore. Not with this place. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My wife identified a car, called DCH, and after a discussion was given an out the door price we thought was fair…and frankly better than what we were seeing everywhere else. We went in, met Alex Bernabe (probably the friendliest car salesman I’ve ever met), and told him about the car. He checked the notes they had kept and sold us the car for the agreed upon amount. For context, another Bergen County Honda dealership tried to sell us a similar car for several thousand more just the night before. DCH is high volume. They told us they sell 900 cars a month. They don’t have to squeeze every last dollar out of their customers. So not only did we get a good car at a good price, the experience was painless. As long as I’m living in NJ, I will be going to DCH Paramus Honda to buy a car. And I will ask for Alex.
