They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!
