Service Advisor Greg Palm is outstanding. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of Honda products. I trust him ! He's very personable. Not at all puchy, but advises you of the various options. 5 stars. I can't imagine anyone better.

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Was assisted by Jill Fuduric for the service of my vehicle. She was thorough and provided updates and recommendations that Zurich would cover and was not pushy about upselling. Service was completed within her estimated time frame.

Love Honda crv but gas mileage is not as good as my past Crv's. Noisy while driving and I would like to see a new grill design. Reliability is fantastic, this is my 4th CRV.

Chris was very helpful, i took in my car because it was as randomly turning on and Chris tried his best to find the source of the problem but alas the vehicle decided to behave so after 4 days of monitoring i decided to take it home and wait until it started acting up again, I really appreciate the time Chris took reviewing potential issues/parts and prices, his demeanor was very friendly, he really makes you feel like you’re in good hands. He wasn’t pushy, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Even though we went into the dealership with low hopes (having just been next door at another dealer), Mark was honest with us and helped us find something that worked. I bought my car here 8 years ago and have only brought it here for service. Andrew has been such a good service advisor, they are all great of course, but he was very helpful and caring during my recent appointments for brakes and oil change. I will be scheduling with him in the future.
