I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! The whole experience was easy and painless- Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!

When we went to get the financing done, I was told that they never had anyone with such a high credit rating and yet the finance rate was very high. That was disappointing.

We were delighted that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. We had a concern about our windsheild wipers and the service department examined the wipers and then explained the design of the wipers that impacted how the windshield was cleaned. We are not fans of this feature. We are excited to learn that Honda now has a hybrid Civic available.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. If you are purchasing a new car, do yourself an favor and visit Manchester Honda. They will give you the bottom line price (minus your trade in ) right off the bat. After spending valuable time at other dealers I went on line and found Manchester Honda. Their price on line was $1100 less than anything I was offered. Plus, the trade in value for my existing car was more than fair. I requested a gray Pilot which they did not have on their lot. Bill was able to get me exactly the Pilot I wanted within 12 hours. All of this transpired on Wednesday and I picked up my car on Friday. I actually could have picked up the car Wednesday night. They were incredibly accommodating. Frank sat with me and went over all the features of the Pilot. They couldn't have been nicer.

My experience was very positive. While I didn't purchase a car, everything about Manchester Honda was wonderful.
