I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Caleb McRoy for yet another outstanding experience at Honda of Wilmington. From start to finish, the process of purchasing our new Honda Accord this past weekend was smooth and enjoyable-just like it was when we purchased a Honda Civic from the same team a couple of months ago. Caleb McRoy has helped us with both purchases, and he’s truly exceptional. He’s prompt, professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. He sends updates, checks in with texts and calls, and always makes sure we’re in the loop. When we forgot a document at the dealership, he even went out of his way to deliver it to our mailbox. That kind of service is rare-and it makes a lasting impression. What we appreciate most is that Caleb listens. He knows we’re not interested in all the extras, and he never tries to upsell us or push things we don’t want. That level of respect and attention to individual preferences shows that he truly understands his customers—and values long-term relationships over short-term sales. I also want to give a big shout-out to Matt Banning, one of the leaders at the dealership. His energy, humor, and warm personality make the entire process feel less like a transaction and more like a celebration. He and my husband are joking and laughing the whole time, loud and animated, and it feels like we’re just hanging out with family. The fun, welcoming atmosphere Matt and Caleb create is something really special. We’ve now purchased two vehicles from Honda of Wilmington, and with three more to go as our younger kids approach driving age, there’s no question this is where we’ll continue to do business. They’ve absolutely earned our trust and loyalty, and we’ll keep recommending them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers. Word of mouth is the best advertising. Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Alec Whittington was a breath of fresh air. I had been exhausted looking for a vehicle and found this one. It was located a few hours away which was unfortunate -- or so I thought.. The flexibility and patience demonstrated by Alec to support the unorthodox way in which I needed to view and inspect the truck, and then to figure out how to get someone in the area to meet him so that they could test drive it for me-- it was a lot to ask. Once I made the decision to purchase, Alec and his manager worked tirelessly to get everything done so that I could drive to pick it up. They stayed late as I traveled to reach the dealership by closing hours to accommodate my schedule; and up early the next morning with me to address a minor concern I had with a bulb, that was easily taken care of. The ease in which everything came together with the process was certainly evident in Alec's desire to be sure I was satisfied with everything. I am absolutely appreciative of the excellent support and if I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, he's my guy.

Love Honda crv but gas mileage is not as good as my past Crv's. Noisy while driving and I would like to see a new grill design. Reliability is fantastic, this is my 4th CRV.

This was a very quick and easy experience. I totaled my vehicle last Friday, visited Honda that following Tuesday and was able to take my car home 2 days later. Tyler was super kind and went out of his way to help me and my family get this done as quick and efficiently as possible. He answered all of our questions and we all wore him out with texts and phone calls, he didn’t seem to mind at all. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.
