My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Our 1st service visit to this dealership was SUPER. Our Service Advisor, Jim Berlin was absolutely a very good Service Advisor. His display of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness went beon great. He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Jordan and Ray were absolutely excellent! The test drive process was smooth and hassle-free, and they were completely transparent about the out-the-door pricing and available options. They even secured me financing with a lower APR than what I originally came in with?and went the extra mile by calling me later when an even better rate became available. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I couldn?t be happier with my beautiful beast of an Explorer.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I have bought two cars from Robert Brown. He is the best, experience, knowledgably, patience, very customer oriented, and after training sales people for many years, I know the difference. Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Sales team was great, customer service was awesome. Finance manager was a really awesome guy, didn't feel like he was pushing me too hard and had some good advice for me as well as doing what he could to help me make the payment feasible for me. He was able to get me a rebate that helped drop the payment a bit and helped me skim a few bucks off where he could. Would definitely come back in the future and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Brought in my CRV with a flat tire due to a screw puncture. They got me in right away and took care of it. I will be back.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I just traded in my 2021 CR-V for a 2023. The ONLY thing I had a complaint about on the 2021, was when you’re stopped at a light and you depress the brake pedal all the way to conserve gas, when you let off of it to start driving, it’s not a smooth transition at all! I know I don’t have to depress the pedal all the way, but I try and save some gas money where I can. Otherwise, absolutely loved this vehicle. That’s why I got a 2023 CR-V.

My 2024 Accord with 19 inch alloy wheels developed a leak on the way from Connecticut to Florida. The tire had a nail and required replacement. Coggin sent a very nice young man all the way to Disney who picked up the car, took it too the dealership, and brought car back before dinner that evening. This was the BEST, most customer focused service I have experienced since I started driving in 1978. Thank you to the service manager and the entire staff

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

I have dealt with many dealerships when I use to have my business in Kentucky a couple years ago but I never have seen a dealership as good as this one.Roger pereira was my advisor in service you can't ask for better unreal and the gentleman that come picked me up from my house in harbor hills very very nice to talk to.The people in this area don't know how lucky they are to have this place.Very knowledgeable people hands down.I never give reviews but I had to after this experience. It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.
