AutoNation Toyota Winter Park review
Brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM and I was in the service line just a few minutes and met by a service advisor. He was very pleasant and professional and explained to me what items would be checked on my car. He listened and answered a couple of questions that I had. He then walked me to the waiting area where I could get a free cup of black coffee. He checked on me several times during my wait.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

2020 Honda CR-V review
We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

My wife and I loved working with Valentina. She was super helpful, friendly, and professional. We are fans! In fact, all of your employees were friendly and professional to us. I do feel empathy for the poor xxxxxxxx in sales who have to stand outside in the suffocating FL heat & humidity. I could never do that job! But when I spoke to them, they had surprisingly good attitudes. It was a very pleasant experience for us overall. I guess that's why Toyota has always ranked among the very best in the industry. My wife, who is from Japan, often reminds me that it's because it's a Japanese company! Haha.

Universal NissanReviews
Universal Nissan review
Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Sensible Choice Auto SalesReviews
Sensible Choice Auto Sales review
Just bought my 2nd vehicle at Sensible Choice. This time I bought a 2010 Nissan Versa for my wife. She had not even seen the car before we went to pick it up and this car did not disappoint. It is in perfect condition with only 67000 miles.Once again it was worth the 65 mile drive from Polk County.Got a great price and my wife just adores this car. These guys always have the best prices. This exact car with higher mileage costs $2000 more in my area.I try to buy local but have never regretted driving the extra distance.I like the fact that all the same people are still there.Kris and Wayne both helped with the transaction and both of them always provide great service.I use to dread the car buying experience but these guys really make it so easy and painless. I will continue to use this dealership for my used car buying needs. Thanks for the great deal,David K.
2008 Honda CR-V review
Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Headquarter Honda review
I bought my last vehicle from them and it was a easy experience. They didn't play dealer games and I felt they were no were honest and up front. I didn't end up buying this time because I decided to hang on to my car longer but they were very cool about it. Will definitely buy there in the future.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

CarMax Ocala of OcalaReviews
CarMax Ocala of Ocala review
Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.
