Unexpectedly the Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On July 1, 2025, I brought my 2018 Honda Accord into Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine for a routine oil change and to check the A/C. About 30 minutes after drop-off, I got a text from Daniel IV in sales saying they might be interested in buying my car. At first, I declined—I had no plans to sell or buy—but I eventually agreed to hear what they had to offer. To my surprise, their appraisal was very fair. I gave Daniel a quick idea of what I might consider in a vehicle, and we set up a time to chat on July 4th—still with no real intention to buy. Fast forward: Daniel was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the CR-V Hybrid SUV, which ended up being a perfect fit. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.
