Pleasant environment....showroom was warm due to AC being out, otherwise the showroom and offices were clean. The complete process from choosing a vehicle, test driving to final paperwork was incredibly quick and efficient.

WOW, that's the best way to put things, the quickest transaction ever. most welcoming, such a great team. I did not have any complaints whatsoever. they stayed after hours to wait for me and had everything ready.
I just had my Maserati Levante serviced for the first time after 1 year with no problems including a long drive to my home in Idaho. The salesman John Bohas was fantastic.
My service tech. ( Yannick Tovar ) was very good. He was prompt, friendly, professional and made my visit very pleasant.

I was looking for a cpo maserati gt for a month or 2. I test drove about 5 before I went to newport Maserati so I knew what I was looking for. The quality of cars they sell are amazing. Make sure you go see Gabe Vargas for your next car. Gabe made the whole process very easy and smooth.
Mi had a fantastic car purchasing experience with John Bohas. I was eyeing a certain new car and he took time to explain all of the features. He is very professional and an overall nice person to work with. The entire process was totally hassle free. John personally delivered the car to my home. It was a great experience!

First off, I called before coming for service appointment for "quicklane". I was never informed that the old location closed and I drove around and around. Once I was redirected by the nice technician in the old quicklane space to the "regular service" entrance, it took approximately10 minutes to be greeted. My service technical came out and he was neutral, he asked questions the system already confirmed. Maybe because I arrived at 830am the service department might have been short staffed. I would recommend better greeting and reception services.
