I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

I'm very skeptical of smaller dealers like this, have heard horror stories. But I was very satisfied with RoadRunner. They were easy to work with, gave a great price, and fixed everything on the car that we asked them to fix. No Issues. They are worth a look if looking for a used car.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

We got to take the test drive without a salesperson (Kevin) with us for Covid. Excellent records on vehicle! No pressure sales. The vehicle was extremely clean for showing. I stopped in to have them pull out the vehicle while I ran an errand. When I got back, Kevin had it pulled out and the keys in it ready to go!

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

The whole process was great and streamlined for me, love my Jeep and would recommend these guys for any purchase! Whenever I need any maintenance done as well they’re on top of it and get me right in.

My 2007 CR-V has 265,000 miles and remains the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and my 4th CR-V. I have no intention of selling anytime soon, but if I can afford a newer one I will definitely buy it. Why change when you’ve had a gold mine. Vini Messina Tewksbury, MA

While I did not end up purchasing anything from this dealership, I did look into a car and take it for a test drive. The sales rep who helped was named Anthony and he was super polite and professional and made me and my parents feel at ease while we looked into the car. He was also great at following up with text and email to see his my decision process was going and he alerted me to price changes on the vehicle I looked at as well as keeping an eye out for other vehicles that were in my price range.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

My husband and I were just browsing through when Joe popped out to see if we needed any assistance. He answered some questions and grabbed some keys for a test drive. Honestly, we didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle on our first day looking but we absolutely loved our experience and Joe was so personable and felt very trustworthy. I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

97000 miles and not a single problem. I am meticulous with car maintenance this is my sixth Honda/Acura None as reliable as this com system worthless

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.
