We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

Didn’t end up needing them but they were very proactive in answering my call and questions. Good follow up work.

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. Stylish, dependable, great gas mileage (32-41) and just an all around great vehicle. We looked at the newest model but were really put off by the styling. Spoke to the salesperson on the phone, told her what I was looking for and the best price on the vehicle, plus asked for a quote on my trade in vehicle, after we agreed I went to the dealer and signed paperwork and they sold the vehicle as agreed

We traded our 2019 Honda Odyssey for this CR-V Hybrid AWD thinking the better mileage would pay for itself in years to come. Our Odyssey was worth so much in trade that the cost to us for the CR-V was only $4,000. The CR-V averages about 41mpg in town and has gotten as high as 48mpg. On the highway, at 75 and in cruise control, we get 35mpg and as high as 39mpg. The Odyssey got 16/26. The CR-V is so comfortable and has so many safety features that it gives us a feeling of security when driving. One small complaint: Honda should have kept the shift lever instead of changing to buttons. The 2024 model has the shift lever back.

I came in just to browse cars but Esteban really gave me great service and made me feel comfortable, wasn’t pushy at all and presentes me with great numbers that i couldn’t leave without buying.

We have now had the CR-V touring hybrid in Ohio for 1 1/2 years and still loving it,NO complaints. Average fuel in winter 33 but in summer conditions 42 and a couple of times 45, Mostly town and country driving 55/60 MPH Now have 15800 miles on the CR-V with NO problems and getting very close for second oil change. Would buy again, For a lot of high way speeds may have bought non hybrid but for our driving needs hybrid is GREAT Larry north central Ohio,

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. After 3 trips to the dealership we wound up buying the used 2022 CX-9 we had been looking at all along. We appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the product, and minimal sales pressure of Taylor, the sales rep. He went out of his way to help us before, during, and after the selling process. The only reason for our review's less than perfect 5 is that a follow up email to obtain contract information, and a postal mailing of an owner's manual were both forgotten resulting in us having to make needless 25 mile drives back to the dealership. These were promised by a finance person, not the sales person.

The salesman and floor manager and finance lady were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My salesman helped went above and beyond to help me find my drivers license. The floor manager understood my situation and and made me feel like he was a friend. The finance lady was very nice and was a Dodgers fan. That sealed the deal right there.

like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer
