With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

The service writer was courteous, respectful, honest, and listen to all of my concerns. Every time I’ve had my vehicle into Long Beach Honda Service department, it has been a pleasurable and satisfying experience. If all automotive dealerships conducted business and attentiveness the way that Long Beach Honda does, it would instill faith into all dealerships service departments.

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. We traded our 2019 Honda Odyssey for this CR-V Hybrid AWD thinking the better mileage would pay for itself in years to come. Our Odyssey was worth so much in trade that the cost to us for the CR-V was only $4,000. The CR-V averages about 41mpg in town and has gotten as high as 48mpg. On the highway, at 75 and in cruise control, we get 35mpg and as high as 39mpg. The Odyssey got 16/26. The CR-V is so comfortable and has so many safety features that it gives us a feeling of security when driving. One small complaint: Honda should have kept the shift lever instead of changing to buttons. The 2024 model has the shift lever back.

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). We have now had the CR-V touring hybrid in Ohio for 1 1/2 years and still loving it,NO complaints. Average fuel in winter 33 but in summer conditions 42 and a couple of times 45, Mostly town and country driving 55/60 MPH Now have 15800 miles on the CR-V with NO problems and getting very close for second oil change. Would buy again, For a lot of high way speeds may have bought non hybrid but for our driving needs hybrid is GREAT Larry north central Ohio,

Took my 2019 Accord Hybrid in for an oil change . I always ask for Oscar because he’s always takes care of my car services . He noticed that there was an open recall on my Accord and right away called his parts department to see if they had the fuel pump that needed replacing. He was able to get that taken care of as well the same day ! Awesome service !

like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer
