From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. You certainly will not be disappointed.

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I brought my car in for a minor repair. The service department was professional and got the job done well. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch, and they kept me informed about the progress.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Mr. Mark Harding, the sales person, readily welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Mr. Mark Harding demonstrated patience and willingness to help us get the vehicle fitted for our needs. He provided us thorough information about the HRV, making us comfortable; not doing sales talk, but we felt he’s providing us honest and objective opinion about the HRV we’re interested in. Mr. Harding convinced us in our decision to buy the 2026 HRV Sport due to his confidence in the product he’s selling, he’s thorough, and well versed of Honda vehicles. He brought us for test drive with trust and enthusiasm and showed me the technologies. Mr. Harding was respectful, and very professional, providing clear instructions on how to properly use the vehicle considering that having HRV with electronic ignition and keyless entry plus its technologies are all new to me. MR. Harding also explained the step by step process with leasing versus buying a car. His honest in selling to us the HRV made us especially myself who will be the main driver of the car to be confident to drive it out of the dealership once we bought it. He did great job overall. Overall Mr. Harding treated us with respect, professionalism, efficiency, and without prejudice. His collaboration with other team of employees involved in the transactions, paperwork, and preparation of the HRV made us feel that the whole process for that day was seamless. The place is huge but with hospitable aura. Thank you very much to Mr. Harding and his team. We are enjoying the 2026 Honda HRV Sport.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. He was wonderful, quick, helpful, and efficient. Not only did he work with us to get us to the numbers we wanted, but he also provided advice for future transactions. He even made time to engage in conversations with us that were highly thought-provoking. Overall, I cannot recommend North Shore Honda enough. Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami truly care about their clients and their services were exceptional. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I cannot thank them enough for their time and services.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful people I met when I first visited the Honda of Stamford dealership. Although my visit was brief, and I wanted to get more information from them, as well as other dealerships for comparison, I was promised a call from the salesperson in a few days. And sure enough the salesperson, Anna, contacted me with the information. I revisited the dealership, and, without feeling any pressure, in few days, decided to buy an HVR.
