They got the car in for its maintenance and recall status. Everything was good, job was completed quickly and properly. The new shop area and waiting room is very nice with places to work while you wait.

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The staff was very professional. Very clean and pleasant. Staff was very attentive. They were very careful since I couldn?t walk. They brought the vehicle inside so that I didn?t have to walk.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

I had plenty of time to check out the cars inside and out, without feeling rushed. Steven was able to listen to what I enjoyed and what my concerns were, and showed me a brand new HR-V, which I of course fell in love with. I was very impressed with the knowledge and hospitality of everyone here, and of course Steven offered me a great deal! I did not feel pressured into anything and ended up feeling great about my decision. I had no idea I could afford a brand new car within my budget. They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!
