New and used 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid for sale near New Preston, CT

I came in for a routine service on my Honda CR-V Hybrid, everything went well. Waiting areas are comfortable and clean. Staff are Friendly and knowledgeable.

Hey guys we got the 2025 Honda CRV hybrid sport model after a lot of research.. Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

I was in for a recall, and I was in and out in under an hour.

Bought the new 2025 AWD CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in red. CUV handles relatively well and fits a 6' person though the seat bottom should be wider and more legroom is needed. Considering the High prices, the vehicle Lacks many basic features found in competitors' vehicles like fog lights, spare tire, large infotainment screen, ventilated front seats, heated rear sets, panoramic roof and even a rear cargo cover. Honda makes those options available on its Acura line which is Not comparable since Acura does NOT have Any hybrid vehicles, yet those options are also available in its vehicles outside the U.S. It really needs a more powerful engine. Honda is relying on its Old reputation of reliability of its vehicles and historically known of not including more standard equipment and more powerful engines while charging high prices, hence bad 'value' for their prices. Reliability to be determined. Takes ~1K to break in and the mileage is decent, ~38/hwy & ~42/local driving. This is not a racing vehicle so don't drive it aggressively like one. Sales person was friendly & professional. The dealership experience was terrible! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! Sales manager admitted to Marking Up the prices because the CRVs were very popular and were selling, which surprised me and the sales person next to me! Even tried selling accessories at his 'cost' which cost Less online elsewhere! Worse, did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website, just under $39K! Bought it slightly above base MSRP (the small trade helped bring it down but not much). The VIN provided was authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned! The funny yet sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents. Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing unless asked. Didn't even bother standing up to end meeting but put out hand on the table to shake. They got my Initial and Only business! Told Honda via official survey. General manager later responded that survey 'hurt him'. Train your people to behave like professionals without the greed & don't look for pity afterwards! You got your money from your Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and then Expect Positive ratings??! AVOID Honda North!

This is not a review of this dealership which I have a mixed opinion of. This is a review of a technician at Lia Honda. Frank Contorno handled a recall repair for me. Frank was very easy to deal with. He explained everything and was in contact with me through the day and kept me apprised of its status. Automobile dealer service centers don’t have a very good reputation however with employees like Frank Contorno that image may change.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Sarah was really helpful with purchasing a car. I had a very pleasant experience with and would recommend others to visit her for purchasing a car!

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

Kyle was great start to finish! I pulled into the bay and he looked up with a big smile. Kyle explained what were the service recommendations. I also shared that a family member went to the hospital and needed to be in and out quickly which was done. Kyle shared he was a recent hire. I hope he is recognized for great customer service. Service advisor was very nice and car was done before expected. Work was done as we expected. Needed brakes which was not original service brought in for but not unexpected and was still done earlier than expected.

Our salesperson Alex! He explained the features of the car and was happy to assist any way he could. Alex is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable!

Lashawn Scatliffe was very personable and efficient. My car was taken in at the appointed time and work completed quickly. Everyone at this dealership is helpful and friendly.

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

Very satisfied with experience at Hoffman Honda. Ana Gremli was very helpful with a quick transaction, and made it as enjoyable as a dealership visit can be. They treated my $15k purchase like i was buying a $50k car, which is very appreciated.

Came into Sullivan's Honda for a routine oil change. So far my experiences for any maintenance or repair has always been pleasant as this one was. Marissa, the maintenance point person. was attentive and informative as be began and completed the service with no real issues. The work was completed in a very timely fashion with no delays.

Very happy with the speed that the recall was handled. Brought the car in for an oil change but asked that the recall be handled at that time.

The salesman, Alex Brown. He was informed as to his own inventory and which of those would best fulfill my needs. He listened to me, suggested good ideas and in general made my experience a very positive one. A good man

Had to wait 10 minutes before a service tech arrived. Had to wait 90 minutes fir an oil and filter change. The printed checkout was in black and white so I don't know if anything needs attention

It's was a great transition from my old car to the new one. And my rep was very supportive in answering questions.
