Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

We’ve bought two used CR-Vs at Planet Honda in the last year. Freddy has taken excellent care of us both times. Great prices and service. Will come right back here next time we need another car - highly recommend!

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

I brought my car in for a minor repair. The service department was professional and got the job done well. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch, and they kept me informed about the progress.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

This is my third sales with Paramus Honda, all of them I was assisted by Alex Bernabe and CJ. Alex explained everything and all options we have about a lease to end. We end buying the leased car. With all options about financing the car we took a decision right there. We just were there to see the options (with two months of the lease remaining). Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!
