New and used 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid for sale near University Park, MD

I brought a 2023 Honda Accord and discovered there was a recall on the fuel system and I had many questions. Very satisfied with repair and my service rep Katharine was fantastic. She was very detailed and answered all of my questions.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

I had a great experience with Gigi. She showed me what I was interested and didn’t push me towards things I wasn’t interested in. Took time to highlight the differences between what I was looking at and what I was trading to make sure I understood how they might impact my day to day. Worked out a fair trade. And had me out to door with a finalized deal in a reasonable time.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

We had an excellent experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. The salesman, Thomas Beyene, went the extra mile in helping us find a good. solid car to buy, secure financing at a reasonable interest rate, add the car to our insurance etc. He was thorough and pleasant, took the time to explain all the paperwork and answered questions willingly. Mr. Sadalla, the finance manager was pleasant and reasonable, made financing and add-on options clear but was not overly pushy about it. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would buy a car from them again, if we ever need to. (Note we did not have a trade in for this purchase)

Bought the new 2025 AWD CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in red. CUV handles relatively well and fits a 6' person though the seat bottom should be wider and more legroom is needed. Considering the High prices, the vehicle Lacks many basic features found in competitors' vehicles like fog lights, spare tire, large infotainment screen, ventilated front seats, heated rear sets, panoramic roof and even a rear cargo cover. Honda makes those options available on its Acura line which is Not comparable since Acura does NOT have Any hybrid vehicles, yet those options are also available in its vehicles outside the U.S. It really needs a more powerful engine. Honda is relying on its Old reputation of reliability of its vehicles and historically known of not including more standard equipment and more powerful engines while charging high prices, hence bad 'value' for their prices. Reliability to be determined. Takes ~1K to break in and the mileage is decent, ~38/hwy & ~42/local driving. This is not a racing vehicle so don't drive it aggressively like one. Sales person was friendly & professional. The dealership experience was terrible! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! Sales manager admitted to Marking Up the prices because the CRVs were very popular and were selling, which surprised me and the sales person next to me! Even tried selling accessories at his 'cost' which cost Less online elsewhere! Worse, did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website, just under $39K! Bought it slightly above base MSRP (the small trade helped bring it down but not much). The VIN provided was authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned! The funny yet sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents. Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing unless asked. Didn't even bother standing up to end meeting but put out hand on the table to shake. They got my Initial and Only business! Told Honda via official survey. General manager later responded that survey 'hurt him'. Train your people to behave like professionals without the greed & don't look for pity afterwards! You got your money from your Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and then Expect Positive ratings??! AVOID Honda North!

Very nice video of items to improve on vehicle inspection: Service inspection good. Pressure from service agent too high, should rate items based on safety.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz A220. I have a rather long commute to work and wanted something great on gas. I found the car, met with the salesman and drove it home! Nice and courteous salesman worked with me to get the deal done. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a Benz.

2nd key not provided when vehicle was purchased two months ago. Had to get it done spending 90 minutes waiting for 2nd key to be made while picking up permanent tags.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). I had my car serviced on 05/08/2025 at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Mike assisted me throughout the process and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything clearly. The service was completed on time, and my car is running perfectly. What really impressed me was Mike’s follow-up. He personally called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was working well and that I had no concerns. That level of care and customer service is rare to find and truly appreciated. I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. Nathan provided great SERVICE and salesmanship.

We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

I went in for a manufacturer recall on the Fuel pump, Honda of Greenbelt serviced the issue. I had some other routine maintenance performed. Jonathan, the service advisor did an excellent job making sure I understood the recommended maintenance service and estimate on the work, and what I wanted done at that time, no pressure. He even shared a program they have to pay in installments if needed. Overall, the service was excellent and a comfortable experience in the customer waiting area. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
