The experience dropping off my vehicle at Rairdon’s Honda of Burien for semi-annual service was great. I dropped off my vehicle with Ilene, who performed preliminary documentation (vehicle mileage check, oil percentage check, exterior body work photos, etc.). I got a notification about an hour later that the oil change and tire rotation were complete. She walked me through the checklist of findings on the vehicle while informing me of things to look out for during the next service cycle. Great, straightforward service experience, overall!

Let me start off by saying looked at several cars and worked with several dealerships, I did a lot of online research. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. I travelled from Bremerton to Everett because of the service and attention. Good job Klein, your staff is top notch! I am very pleased with my car and all the great safety features.
