I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Since becoming Ocean Honda, this dealership has become so friendly and helpful. I had my car serviced and they worked diligently to fix the problem quickly. Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

I would say Victory Honda San Bruno is the best place to go when you shop a car. They give you an excellent service and happy to fullfill your needs and wants about the car. Yesterday, i brought my car for service and it didn't take long. When its done KENT NGUYEN called me and gave me the paperworks. he asked me if i have any question and said "yes". What's your question he said. Then i said, " Why are you so good?" He did an awesome job. I can't say anything more but people at Victory Honda are good. All Services are excellent. After researching every suv... And some hatchbacks, I decided that the CR-V Hybrid Sport L was the top of the class. Drove it... Bought it... Love it. Took it on a 12 hour road trip with 104 miles on it...not a worry or problem... Averaged almost 40mpg, too!

Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

My service writer, Stacey, was very helpful and thorough, and kept me apprised of my vehicle's progress throughout the day while I was waiting. However, in the end, the tech team was unable to reproduce nor diagnose the cause(s) of my multitude of intermittent electrical problems that I was wanting to get fixed. Days later Stacey got back to me following a consult with GM, with the suggestion that they should replace the radio, but I have not followed up on a service visit to do that.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

I had a very smooth and fast transaction ,which never happens at a car dealership. Rueben and Kirby made it easy to see the car. The manager made it easy to have an off site inspection. The paperwork was done quickly. The car was priced well and in great condition.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.

I?m sure Concord Honda is _proud_ to have him on their team. My 2012 Honda Pilot broke down on the highway near Concord Honda. The Tow Truck took me there. In the morning when the Service Department opened at 7AM : Jason Leano was like my guardian angel / road trip hero! I was 1000+ miles from my home in Colorado - with a broken car, and needing to get home ASAP. Jason personally _pushed my dead Pilot_ [with 3-guys helping him!] - and then explained my situation to a Service Tech. While waiting for an assessment of why my car stalled dead on the highway - I had DELICIOUS COFFEE - - did work in the VERY COMFORTABLE waiting area : sitting at a private workstation with power outlets and fast WiFi - And : Took a walk in the sun in their interesting safe car-oriented neighborhood ?- The Service Tech did a thorough diagnostic check of my WHOLE CAR - And FOUND THE STALLING PROBLEM - which was amazingly a TREE LEAF lodged in a sensor in the air intake system - the computer thought the engine was facing catastrophic failure - and shut off. The engine I left with a thorough list of work my car may need in the next 6-months - A minor charge for the assessment - and my Pilot drove perfectly and safely home to Colorado !!! Yay! EVERYONE treated me with the utmost respect, care, and professionalism - from My first phone call stranded on the highway - until I left thrilled and satisfied.

Since we have only owned this car for about 7 months, we cannot testify to the reliability. We are hoping, based on past Hondas we have owned, that this vehicle will be as reliable. The interior of the CRV Sport-L has everything we could want for convenience and comfort. We recently traded up from the CRV-Sport trim due to the increased comfort level of this vehicle. (Seat control and comfort, Automatic trunk hatch, WIFI apple play, wireless phone charger, Upgraded speaker system.) The car handles well for city as well as highway driving. We compared this to the RAV 4 Hybrid and feel that this model with all that's included beats the RAV 4 considerably by price. So far, so GREAT!

So I've owned my 2020 Honda CR-V for 2 years now. It's been overall a great and reliable vehicle. I originally wanted to upgrade from my Civic Hatchback to a truck but didn't want to sacrifice fuel economy or spend $40,000+ for a good truck. We bought my wife a 2019 CR-V EX FWD the previous year and we really enjoyed driving it and loved the cargo space and comfortable seating in the back for when we were traveling with others. When I saw the Hybrid model was released I decided to check it out. It checked off most everything on my list that I was wanting from a truck overall since I didn't need it to tow things and while I couldn't load everything in the trunk with the seats folded down, like I could in the bed of a truck, I definitely could load a lot of things when needed and it was good on gas and I could get it for about $32,000. So in the end it was a great fit. We've loved having 2 CR-V's and normally will take mine on day trips mainly because it has AWD and my wife's doesn't but the one area I've been disappointed in with the vehicle is Highway MPG. My wife's CR-V is rated at 34mpg on the highway and my CR-V Hybrid is rated at 35mpg on the highway. When we take her car on long road trips she gets about 32-35mpg like advertised and these trips are 95% highway. When we take mine on the same trip my fuel economy is much worse dropping to 27-30mpg and I'm driving in both scenarios. Now when I drive normally, like when I'm going to work or to run errands throughout the week, the fuel economy is great, even getting up to 40mpg on average at times but usually around 36-39mpg. I've asked Honda why my car is rated as being better on the highway compared to my wife's CR-V and yet my car is far worse on the highway and I was basically told I'm not driving it correctly. It's definitely an annoyance but since we have my wife's CR-V available to take on the long trips it works out for our uses.
