We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. I didn't buy the car I was looking at and they were not pushy at all which I really appreciated.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I just bought a 2013 Subaru Outback from Carter Subaru (just north of Seattle) and the positive experience was something to share (and I rarely share my opinions publicly). I spent the last 2 months reviewing, researching, and test driving 10 makes of compact SUV and interacting with many sales personnel. There have been nice sales people, lazy sales people, impatient sales people, poorly informed sales people, condescending sales people, and then there was Guy at Carter Subaru who was exemplary in patience, knowledge of the vehicle, trying to get the best deal for the client (and he really delivered here), and trying to figure out what is the best fit for the client. For example, this was my second test drive (the first one, just to get a feel for the car, was about a month ago) and this time Guy took me on a real test to show how the car handles under various conditions; up a long hill, down a long hill, accelerating on a curved freeway on-ramp, etc., and the 2013 Outback (4 cylinder) handled very well clearly on par with more expensive makes. More importantly here, with respect to the sales experience, Guy wanted to know what my expectations and concerns were and tailored the test drive to address each of them; I was very impressed - of the 13, only one other sales rep at the other dealerships showed this level of attention to my concerns and expectations. The business side of my experience, I had to pay for the car, was also very nice and very professional. If you are in the market for a compact SUV, in the greater Seattle area, I strongly recommend checking out Carter Subaru. If you run into Guy, tell him Dave sent you.

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

Diana was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and I thought the total time from start to finish was on point. I've been to other dealers and the whole process was unbearably long. I was very pleased with her service and I'm glad I have stuck with Honda for another vehicle. Eric O'Neal in the finance department was also great to work with.

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Since we have only owned this car for about 7 months, we cannot testify to the reliability. We are hoping, based on past Hondas we have owned, that this vehicle will be as reliable. The interior of the CRV Sport-L has everything we could want for convenience and comfort. We recently traded up from the CRV-Sport trim due to the increased comfort level of this vehicle. (Seat control and comfort, Automatic trunk hatch, WIFI apple play, wireless phone charger, Upgraded speaker system.) The car handles well for city as well as highway driving. We compared this to the RAV 4 Hybrid and feel that this model with all that's included beats the RAV 4 considerably by price. So far, so GREAT!

We traded our 2019 Honda Odyssey for this CR-V Hybrid AWD thinking the better mileage would pay for itself in years to come. Our Odyssey was worth so much in trade that the cost to us for the CR-V was only $4,000. The CR-V averages about 41mpg in town and has gotten as high as 48mpg. On the highway, at 75 and in cruise control, we get 35mpg and as high as 39mpg. The Odyssey got 16/26. The CR-V is so comfortable and has so many safety features that it gives us a feeling of security when driving. One small complaint: Honda should have kept the shift lever instead of changing to buttons. The 2024 model has the shift lever back.

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

We have now had the CR-V touring hybrid in Ohio for 1 1/2 years and still loving it,NO complaints. Average fuel in winter 33 but in summer conditions 42 and a couple of times 45, Mostly town and country driving 55/60 MPH Now have 15800 miles on the CR-V with NO problems and getting very close for second oil change. Would buy again, For a lot of high way speeds may have bought non hybrid but for our driving needs hybrid is GREAT Larry north central Ohio,

I love my CRV Hybrid. It is roomy, comfortable, dependable and safe. My grandchildren are messy and it is so easy clean. We are all very happy with my little singing Hybrid.

Likes: Reliability, short turning radius, front and rear seating is comfortable and spacious. Ride is fine for us. Adaptable cruise is GREAT, except with snow or even rain (sometimes) it is disabled. Dislikes: Road noise pretty noticeable on many roads...I suspect tires. Speaking of (Hankook) tires, vehicle has 25k on it and tires are pretty worn already. Tires are rated for 70k when I shop...good luck on that. Center console not designed well imo. Floor mats started pulling snaps up almost immediately (driver's side). And one other thing (my fault)...I assumed car this well equipped (and pricy) would have backup sensors. IT DOES NOT. You'll have to go to Touring for that. Guess I should have checked. Would buy again, but might bite the bullet and get a Touring.

Let me start off by saying looked at several cars and worked with several dealerships, I did a lot of online research. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. I travelled from Bremerton to Everett because of the service and attention. Good job Klein, your staff is top notch! I am very pleased with my car and all the great safety features. Almost everything is very good to great. However the user interface is quite a bit annoying with several glitches. There is no tachometer. There is no engine temp or oil pressure gauge. You can use the left paddle to add electrical braking, but it doesn't stay enabled and you can't turn it off with the paddle. The gas gauge does not have any gradations and there is no full or empty tic marks and the intermediate steps shrink so it's hard to judge how much gas you have. There are far too many display pages an at least half of them are meaningless and useless. The radars are unreliable. As is lane-departure. The radio takes several seconds to boot up and the buttons for switching from satellite to AM/FM are inscrutable. The heating/AC controls are hard to use, being split between physical buttons and touch-screen text buttons. Leg room is limited in the back. The dealer added $900 in unwanted trinkets worth about $35. The gas filler is the capless type that looks fragile and leak-prone. The hood and gas-cap releases are unreachable for anybody over 210 pounds or 6-foot-2. Some of the stalks swing and some twist and one does both. There are six misc buttons to the lower left that are hard to see and impossible to understand the pictographs on them. There is no way to tell where the corners or the bumpers of the car are. The rear camera gives a rather distorted view which requires a lot of brain-work to interpret. The user's guide is about 350 pages of 3-point helvetica. Gray text on light-gray paper. Unreadable due to length and font size and colors. I can't figure out how to keep the rear doors from locking. One of the MPG displays is useless, it shows instantaneous MPG which is meaningless, showing infinity if you lift your foot off the gas and showing zero at stoplights. Smoothness and acceleration are really good, as is the responsiveness of the brakes and steering. Almost drives like a sports car. We're going to keep it even though I am going tsk-tsk all the time while driving it.
