They worked hard to make things right, ensuring the rest of the process was smooth, low-pressure, and respectful of my time. The team truly listened to my needs and worked with impressive efficiency to locate a vehicle with my color and options preferences. They also prioritized my vehicle for a service fix to address a recent safety recall. I also appreciated their transparency regarding their 1.5% credit card fee; being able to put the entire car purchase on my AmEx for the rewards was a huge plus, and they were upfront about the cost from the start. Since I am coming from a difficult mechanical situation with my previous new car, I will be keeping a close eye on how this new hybrid in the Crosstrek line performs. Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

Nice little car. But.,,I have an oil leak at 32,000 miles. Not good. Otherwise perfect for me. Just wish Honda would start making cars with color. Always silver, white, black. Blah.

I bought my 2018 Honda HRV new with only 53 miles on it and while I was very hesitant initially to get a new car (because depreciation) it was definitely the best decision for me. The car is comfortable to drive, gets great gas mileage, and has been very relatable over the last 5 years. I’ve put new tires on and changed the oil and standard maintenance items. The absolute worst thing I can say is I wish it wasn’t manual seat adjustments, I have the base model.
