Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

We went to the dealership, only to see what was available. Knowing we were going to need a new car in the near future. When asked if we were there just looking for info or ready to purchase, my husband said yes, and I said no! However, as soon as we got there, we were greeted with sincere friendliness and conversation. There was no pressure to purchase, but every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. Zion our sales person was delightful to work with. He provided what we were looking for, but did not try to direct our preferences and he made it all come together, as if it was our idea to buy a car! He was knowledgeable and professional, but in a very likable way. We would recommend Zion as a car sales person to anyone. Buying a car takes time however it didn?t seem like a long wait. The time for the financials did not seem endless and preparation was well done so that it was worked through easier than we have experienced in the past. The building for the dealership is light, bright and open. It was very clean and comfortable.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!

Went in on July 12th to trade in my old car, and the process was outright amazing. Freddie answered my questions for the most part. Suleman (I think that's his name) helped arrange financing in a deal that wouldn't break my budget each month. No high pressure sales tactics. And I got good trade-in value for my old car. Overall service was great. I waited during the service and the waiting area was always comfortable. The only minor (unrelated to the service) feedback I have is i just wished the wifi connection was a bit more stable as my iPad kept disconnecting for some reason.

Steve and the technician were especially helpful to get my car serviced and repair. The technician stayed overtime to have the component installed. I had the car serviced, state inspection done and had the brake light panel replaced.
