From start to finish, Byron, my sales associate, was personable, attentive, and demonstrated that he?s a great listener. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure the entire process was as efficient and smooth as possible. During the test drive, Byron was informative and thorough, clearly explaining the vehicle?s features and answering all my questions. He remained consistently engaging and helpful throughout the process, including during financing, where he took additional time to orient me to the car?s technology and features. What really stood out to me was his willingness to go the extra mile?literally. When I didn?t have someone available to drive my previous vehicle home, Byron offered to drive it back to my house himself, and I gave him a ride back to the dealership. That level of customer service and responsiveness really made a difference. All around, Byron was a pleasure to work with?helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I?d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Cortney is very friendly and professional. Really knows his stuff and delivers on excellent customer service. He got our issue taken care of in less time than promised. Will return to Classic Honda when we need service again even though it is not our closest Honda dealer.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!

He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. It absolutely gave me the best experience in new car purchase in my lifetime, their outstanding service quality, speed, clarity, kindness, and reliability! Hidden fees and trapping strategies, the dark side of sales culture in the industries are so common nowadays. However, I didn't see or have not felt them at all this time, at least thus far, from this purchase. It would definitely be the place for me to go again when considering to buy another car.
