When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. Ayesha was excellent to work with to purchase my CRV. It had been 14 years since my last vehicle purchase and it was quite a comfortable experience. She explained every step thoroughly and the vehicle features during the test drive. She made sure it was fully inspected, cleaned, and tags transferred before I drove it off the lot.

I am glad that I was able to get my recall issue corrected. The services were good and I did need to get my car aligned so I was glad to address this.

I highly recommend going there. I?ve been going there since they were at college park Honda. Everyone I?ve interacted with has always been helpful and knowledgeable. They can get backed up but they do their best to accommodate.

Perfect except no air conditioning in waiting room during our six hour wait. Loved the Honda merchandise and view of the garage. Loved the video of the car inspection and the list of needed repairs.

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

Service was excellent. They went over everything- what inspection found, what needed immediate attention and what was suggested but optional at this time. All my questions were answered directly and in language I could understand. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.
