Once again, I had the pleasure of being serviced at AutoNation Honda Hollywood. Yesterday my battery died. My neighbor gave me a jump start and I drove to Honda. When I got there the person who greeted me outside said, I'm sorry but the shop is closing and we are not taking any more jobs today. I told him the situation and asked if Endie was there. He told me he no longer works there. I asked if Kevin was there and he said yes. I got out of my car and told him please do not turn the car off. As always, Kevin treated me like family. Good service!
I have leased a few cars from Braman Honda during the last 15 years and both the salespeople and the service people are great. Brian was the service person that help me last, and he was as usual very professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company to do business.
