VERY HAPPY with the service I received, especially my sales person, Anotonio Lopez. Antonio answered all question and anticipated things I did not think to ask. When he was unsure of something he did not make up an answer he got someone who could answer my question. The sales manager Alex and GM Devin were helpful too. This is the second consecutive car I purchased from them. My only issue (my fault) I chose to take Kia's follow up survey. I felt the survey was too long so I just started clicking.

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

I?ll start out by saying that Andreas is the best! We purchased a new Accord Sport 4 years ago and he treated us very well then! Four years later he gave me a call and wanted to know if I was interested in a new vehicle. I had been considering it and so we began talking back and forth over the next week. After three Accords, we decided it was time to move into an SUV (due to our age and old bones). We decided on a White Pearl HR-V EX-L. Since we do a lot of driving to visit our family (300 miles away), we are so excited that this wonderful vehicle has all the safety features that will make our driving safer and more comfortable.
