Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

With my Passport I got what I was looking for: Power, performance, cargo space, adécuate confort for passengers, good stereo with HD radio and capable to play my FLAC music files, not so expensive and an reliable car for retirement, meaning it will be my last buy. It is true the interior is not so fancy like other cars, but the most important is that I feel secure, confortable and ultimate enjoy driving my passport, love it.

We came in on a very busy Saturday afternoon about two hours before closing. Every sales person was already engaged with another family. Matt stepped right up and told us he was already working with a family but would be more than happy to help us. We never felt as if we were sharing our sales person with another person and we were taken care of. We ended up buying the vehicle that we came in for and Matt was very courteous and made sure we understood everything about our vehicle before we left. We ended up staying until about two hours post closing, but we?re very satisfied with our time there.

I bought a used 2019 and have had it in the shop 3 times. Twice for radio issues and ended up with a new amplifier. Thank God I bought an extended warranty! Today a communication problem between the power train module and the transmission module left me stranded at a light!! 3rd time in - getting a software update that hopefully will fix the problem. This Honda owner is not particularly happy right now.

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. 2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

Having misjudged traffic on I-25, I arrived a half hour late for my appointment. I was totally prepared to reschedule. The team who greeted me - Kelsey, Jimmy and Anthony - wouldn't hear of it and took excellent care of me and my car. I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

I HATE going to a car dealership... BUT Callee my salespro, was MORE than a salesperson, she seemed to really care, even when I had a issue after the fact... And very knowledgeable too . I walked out of the last dealership I was looking at due to making me feel like a fool for asking questions... The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

Shortline was a great experience buying a new truck. They were up front and explained all options and answered all my questions. Proce was fair for the market and no hidden costs! Very happy wity my experience and will recommend to anyone!

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

Second purchase from Crossroads Hyundai and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. The sales team is very friendly, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable and the service techs are great at what they do.

Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.
