Love it! The style and design make this is a real head turner! Drives like a sports car but can take you anywhere you want to go.
Marci was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional and treated us with great care. I have owned this car for six months and in the shop 4 times. Not a reliable vehicle! Comfortable ride, nice interior. Controls are nice when working, screens are very glitchy.

If your looking at a Rover, you cant do better than having Colin as your advocate. I have been looking at the Evoque convertible for a couple of years. I looked/test drove last year and just didn't get my needs quite met. Nothing against the other guy, but there just wasn't the willingness to text/email and get the job done. Colin was ready to do what ever it took to get me out the door in a Rover, but out the door happy with what i got, price and service. He was ready to try to trade with a different dealer to get the exact car that i wanted, ready to go over everything about the car, knowledgeable of angles of approach and clearance What more can you say... other than Thank You Colin.

Encore service won't come to house to set it up. I am a senior and all this tech. is too must for me to do after reading manual. It is complicated.
Even with corporate involved. Dealers are all independent. Mercedes did come to house and set-up car and I bought Mercedes used, this one is brand new!
Everyone was very pleasant! The entire buying process was relaxed and we did not feel pressured at all! Steven took his time helping us find the right car for our needs.

From front to rear inside and out this vehicle is great for a small SUV. Ours has Eye-Sight which is a great safety tool. Add the radar cruise control, navigation and heated seats and this is a hard to beat vehicle for the price.

This car met all of our needs when we bought it. At the time, gas prices were so high that we decided to get a smaller car with better gas mileage. Since then our needs have changed. I use the car for work and I wasn't comfortable for long periods of time. Also, I'm having a hip replacement and need a car that's easy to get in and out of.
The buyer process went very smoothly. The salesman was helpful, honest, and not pushy. Not adversarial when negotiating. Paperwork went relatively quickly. I would recommend and buy from this dealership.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Excellent buying experience, buying a car in valley Nissan much easier than others. The sales representative that worked is very good. He has provided me a very good deal.

I never used to like minivans but now that I own one I don't know how I lived without it. Plenty of leg room, comfy seats, seats 7 so we can take the grandkids in one vehicle. It has the stow n go seats so I can still haul things. Absolutely loving it!!
No extreme pressure, just a great experience. From the test drive to the final paperwork, everything went smoothly and quickly. They even showed me some features on my new car and hooked up my cell phone to my new Nissan! They worked hard to get me the best financing and rates. Very pleased.
A bit over priced but still love it.

The term, ’it’s a Jeep thing,’ is real. Either you love them or hate them.
It is a convertible 4X4 and fun to drive.
Under powered, over priced and it is not comfortable.
However, ’it’s a Jeep!’ Love it and would get another in a heart beat.
My wife and I purchase a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Valley Nissan.
We could not have had a better experience from start to finish.
Not just our salesman, but the entire staff made this purchase the

2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
I recently purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe and bought it at Stevenson . I have always been happy with their service department and their manager Steve. Now, I am very happy with their sales department. I had a very positive experience buying a used car there. The staff at Stevinson is top notch in providing great customer service. For this reason I am a happy repeat customer .

I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. The R line trim is so stylish and all the customizations through the car are amazing. It's going to take me a month to go through everything.
Tynan' s VW service is always good. They are thorough, explain everything they are doing or are going to do, and usually get you in and out for an oil change in an hour. They are very professional and polite.

Some of my friends have suggested other places, less expensive, to have the work done but I expect excellent service and I know that excellent service is and always has been what I will get from this dealership. The quality of the service I have experienced is without a doubt dependent on the people who work at Tynan's. Tom Tran, service advisor, is my choice when my Beetle requires maintenance or service.
