Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.

Great experience, nice facility, helpful staff and thorough examination of my vehicle. Went in to get the airbag recall replacement completed. I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I???ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don???t get everything fixed immediately.
My salesman, Chris Vasilik, was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what my needs were and helped me find what I wanted with a smile. The sales service was fantastic and the finance department was exceptional. I???ve bought several different cars in my lifetime so far, but I???ll be sticking with Honda of Murfreesboro from here on out.

We have onlynowend Honda???s since being married and love them. We spent the most time with Kelly and Rodney. Both were excellent. Kelly seemed eager to help and even though it was busy when we went in made us feel like we were important. Rodney was willing to spend as much time with us getting us acclimated to our new vehicle and wasn???t trying to push us out once we signed all the papers. As nice as Hondas are what keeps us with them is the people that work with us through the sales process. We feel valued when we are at a Honda dealership. I hope we still get the same treatment when we are there for service reasons too. Overall, the employees we worked most with are equal in quality to the products they sell.
