No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. We brought our 2010 Honda CRV into Community Honda late in the day on Thursday. The car was not holding a charge and needed to be jumped. We talked to Kamron Mikuta, who told us that they would look at it in the morning. He told us that he was off on Friday, but would come in anyway. He called me the next morning and let me know that the battery was dead and that they did a parasitic draw test, and the car was within specs. He said that we could come and pick it up and there would be no charge. Keep in mind that this man came in on his day off! He went above and beyond! Thank you Kamron Mikuta.
