2022 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

Bought one of these, and from DAY ONE it has had a severe, dangerous throttle response issue. When you need to punch it to get into faster moving traffic, it lets you down EVERY time. Hit the gas and it's...1....2....OK now it'll start to accelerate, but sluggishly, while churning out 7,000/8,000 RPM'S. All the while, xcaringvthe bejeezus outta ya, hoping you make it without getting wrecked. Dealership denies ANY issue, despite tens and tens of thousands of the same complaint on a multitude of owner forums and groups. If you're willing to drive like an 85 year old, you'll be fine, otherwise don't buy one, or ditch the one you bought, because it WON'T get any better.

We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

I have a 2022 Honda Pilot Elite. 38,000 miles and the front multi-purpose camera malfunctioned which causes electronic issues with the cruise, break system, headlights and three other systems. The repair is $2,000. I’m 2,000 miles out of warranty, the car is kept in mint condition, all maintenance completed as scheduled, and Honda won’t stand behind the inferior camera system they installed in these models. So disappointed in their service and quality. Beyond that the seating is cramped, backseats don’t recline and it’s an overall uncomfortable car to drive and ride in. Do yourself a favor and buy something else!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Great car for long run, but easy to be stollen! This is one of the big news in Canada. Honda has very poor security or antitheft system in their car. Hackers can hack into the remote key easily.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

Love, love, love! You can’t go wrong with a Honda & this new Pilot is the bomb! It offers comfort, all the conveniences of a smart car and looks great in the meantime. It is a great investment

From ford explorer and chevy to Honda Pliot. Best SUV I ever own! Never go back to Ford and chevy again. Great car for family trips and super comfortable with space.

The Best ever mid size SUV ever, i test drove most of them out there but NON of them fell like or close to THE HONDA PILOT ,SOMTH , FAST ,YOU FELL THE ROAD WAS MADE FOR THIS SUV ,SEE CLEAR FROM ANY CORNER IN THE CAR ,ALL OPTIONS ARE VERY OKAY
