It was a pleasant shopping experience at Miami lakes Kia It was a team effort but especially want to give a shot out to Daniela Baez, she was a sales person a true professional in every way made the whole process very easy to understand and she was very patient with me. If you're going to shop for a Kia I would recommend this dealership and this salesperson.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

The manager called immediately after I made my request. They made sure they knew the inventory and reminded me that the vehicle I was looking for was still available.
