Very clean for covid times which is great. The service dept excels- Luke is terrific and I never feel like a factory, cranking out the next customer. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

This was my second visit for routine maintenance and both times my appointments were on time and everything was explained to me. Their waiting area is so nice and has whatever you?d need . While waiting I have either received text messages on status of my vehicle, video of the under carriage inspection and my service writer would stop in and check with me. The service dept is a class A department in all aspects.

Kamal met my husband and I at the door. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked with us and answered all of our questions. It was very nice to work with him.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

Buying from St Louis. 4+ hours away. All handled via phone, text, email & electronic signatures. It could not have gone any smoother if I lived next door. Nick knew the answer to every question about cars my cousin and I asked him for two days. He got me the product I needed and make the process fun. The facility was also outstanding. The purchasing with the manager took too long- The end with the finance guy seemed like a scam. I know I ended up overpaying just to get out of there after 4 hours of sitting.

I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. I would highly recommend the McGrath Honda Team no matter what state I am in.

I was fortunate to find a used CRV in my price range at Schaumburg Honda. The sales team was very attentive, had a good understanding of my needs, and was very responsive. I ordered an extra key, and 2 days after purchase when I went to pick it up, the service dept advised I needed both Differential and Transmission fluid changed - $500! The sales department had denied the repairs when the car arrived at the dealership. However the service department advised they were needed. I was very firm with my expectations that these 2 services should have been included in the preparation for sale, and the sales team agreed. They subsequently changed both fluids. Had I not ordered that key, it would have cost me $500 at the next service appointment, and that is not right. The issue was resolved in my favor, however I'm suspicious now. If you purchase from this dealer, ask to see the full detail on the services required that were identified upon the intake of the car, and which ones were actually done in preparation for the sale.

Great communication from Technicians and very thorough service. One day service and I feel like I got my moneys worth.
