The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Jordan offered additional services if and when I need help since I am not tech saavy. Keep up the great work and I will recommend Autonation Honda and Jordan to anyone.

We had appointment to learn more about our Nautilus and were lucky enough to get an extended amount of patient time for the directions process. We were also helped through a service department purchase of floor mats and their.installation. We were treated like kings and queens ?.

I stopped by Porsche Tampa today with my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera. I asked Robert Kearney, my salesman, to give me a refresher insight into connections to menu electronics. Thank you Robert for your attention and expertise. I also toured the brand new facility including the show room, offices and service area, absolutely state of the art and beautiful . I was also greeted by General Sales Manager, Joe Romano whom I had met previously when I took delivery last June. Mike in service is amazing, after our Honda was towed in Mike explained everything throughly and got us fixed & out the door the same day! Jake in sales offered to pick us up and drive us to the dealership instead of waiting for the tow truck! Fantastic customer service all around!

Matthew Moraitis was a great help to us. He approached us immediately when we got out of our car. Very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and very accommodating and listened to what we needed and wanted. He definitely helped us obtain the vehicle we were looking for. Matthew was able to get us an out the door price and a little extra (trunk cover). I was concerned about people being able to see what I stow in the trunk. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Extremely helpful. The Crown family has found a gem in Matthew Moraitis!
