We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Matthew Moraitis was a great help to us. He approached us immediately when we got out of our car. Very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and very accommodating and listened to what we needed and wanted. He definitely helped us obtain the vehicle we were looking for. Matthew was able to get us an out the door price and a little extra (trunk cover). I was concerned about people being able to see what I stow in the trunk. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Extremely helpful. The Crown family has found a gem in Matthew Moraitis!
