Auto Nation Honda in Lewisville, TX always gives me excellent service. Mike Malone has been my advisor there for many years. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest, and I know I can depend on him to advise me accurately on my vehicle.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Great customer service, will never trade anywhere else! Had an odd noise that needed to be diagnosed and they were quick to find the problem and fix it.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Working with Adam Borhorquez was excellent. He was really attentive and responsive to the requirements needed for this transaction. His approach and demeanor are a welcomed contrast to the typical car salesmen. Adam is the standard that we will judge any future vehicle purchases.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .
