El Dorado Chevrolet review
Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.

This was a great experience. The salesperson walked us thru all of the available trims and worked us a fantastic deal. The paperwork/finance process was amazingly smooth on an ipad.

I was coming in to trade my car for a used car initially but instead I walked out with a brand new car at a reasonable rate i appreciate Dezmond and Jeff for the help . 5 stars!!!!
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

Rusty Wallis Honda review
Tin Tran is the kind of service adviser every dealership should be proud to have. He’s helped me on multiple visits with thoughtful updates, prompt follow-ups, and has always taken the time to point out any coupons or specials that could help me out—even when I didn’t know to ask. What really sets Tin apart is his integrity. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold—just supported by someone who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for his customers. That kind of trust and consistency means a lot. He’s gone above and beyond every single time, and both Rusty Wallis Honda and I are truly lucky to have him.

I wrote a bad review about how I felt I was treated. It is pending removal. I wanted to get right to placing a positive review while I wait. They went out of their way to make things right, and I am excited to be purchasing a car from them. Thank you for being open to working with me again, and being flexible.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Our sales person Samuel was accommodating, helpful, made sure we knew all of our options, and made the process so much easier. Sheryl in the back office where I signed all of the new owner paperwork and forms made it so much fun! Great staff. I came there to get a used car because my husband had such a great experience there last year getting his car.

Andres was exceptional Hadn’t planned on buying that day was just starting to look for my best. option and he created one for me I’ve been a loyal CRV owner for 17 years and this CRV should last me till they take my keys or I go home to my Heavenly Father . So many safety features for a driver and comfort as well. Andre’s sent a video as soon as I put out a request and has followed up with me at least 3 times since my purchase to see if I need any help I love my new car and all it has to offer

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

Classic ChevroletReviews
Classic Chevrolet review
My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. Big thanks to Guillermo, Juan, and the folks at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine! C & M Wilk

Great experience with purchase and our salesman. Only one little issue we found out when we needed it the most during pouring down rain, we had no front windshield wipers installed on our new to us car. UGH.

2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.
