Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Abel Gallager was the salesperson who assisted me with my car purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. He made everything from the test drive to the signing of the paperwork smooth and uncomplicated. He seems like a genuinely good guy who cares about his customers, and I really appreciated that. Very friendly, helpful and courteous people, especially our sales person, Isaac Gil. (The only disappointment about this vehicle so far is, and this has nothing to do with Honda West: It is not possible to change outside temperature from �F to �C like the Canadian model and many other vehicles sold in the United States. If Honda has a way to do it without voiding the warranty I will highly appreciate to hear.)

Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.
