great experience. I worked with kira orellana and Alec Whittington in picking out the vehicle I wanted, and negotiating an acceptable price, both on my trade, and the new vehicle. they were very knowledgeable on the Ridgeline i picked, knew the answers to all my questions, and all the systems on the vehicle. Robert Tate joined us also, and it was a pleasure talking with him. garret mcleod was very efficient with the finances also. this was a truly enjoyable experience all around, and I will definitely recommend this Honda dealership, and the employees that work there. The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding.
