Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Service Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of getting car service done. They have very experience service technicians. I am very impressed.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. I had a fantastic experience at Honda on Grand. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their selection of vehicles was impressive. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Honda on Grand to anyone in the market for a new car.

James Singleton provided a great buying experience for us. We did not feel oversold and he was very genuine in guiding us through our purchase. James went above and beyond to make sure we drove home with the car we wanted. The color I wanted was at the Countryside store. The porters were not available so James took an Uber to get the car. He prepped it for us to take home since it was almost closing time and the porters were all gone. Great vibe at the dealership too! I observed the cohesiveness of all the staff and they were all very friendly. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had!

I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. The whole dealership is great. I've purchased several Hondas at Motorwerks and no matter how hard I try to find a new brand to drive, I come back to Honda because of Motorwerks. Kacper, my salesman, was very helpful too.
