June 2025: Enjoyed our seventh vehicle purchase from Sheehy Honda (since 2012) and we will keep coming back. Roxy and Gigi are incredibly helpful and thoughtful sales advisors. From start to finish, Roxy and Gigi facilitated fast, responsive customer-centered, service with helpful discounts, professional advice, buying strategies, and stellar recommendations. For financing, Farid is an excellent finance manager who helped us find the best possible rates, add-ons, perks, and even an unexpected car-prep surprise! Sheehy staff continued to be helpful even after the purchase, helping us search for some items we thought were left at the office. Also great: Steve from Service who helped with technical questions while we learned about our new vehicle. We will look forward to working with Roxy, Gigi, Farid, and Steve at Sheehy again. I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

The best experience I've had from a dealership ever - I put my car up for sale and got a text from Danie asking me about the Vin for the car and when can I bring it in, at first I was skeptical but immediately I took the car in and met Danie in person - the rest is history. Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend Jose and Kam for a right at home no stress purchase.

Ayesha was excellent to work with to purchase my CRV. It had been 14 years since my last vehicle purchase and it was quite a comfortable experience. She explained every step thoroughly and the vehicle features during the test drive. She made sure it was fully inspected, cleaned, and tags transferred before I drove it off the lot.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides. Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.
