I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

Picked it up from the dealer, Richfield Bloomington Honda, installed tonneau cover and drove it to Florida residence. Great ride with a full box! Have not had it a month yet. So far, so good!

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.
