Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Great customer service and didn't wait too long I would definitely come back and get my car serviced here again. Prices are fair but could be better.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

I have been looking for a Honda Civic Si for about a year. 3 dealerships told me it would be almost impossible to get one. They made no effort to help me get one, only excuses. When I saw one online at this dealership, I called and talked to Ghassimou, who had my Si reserved for me within a day! There was great communication updating me on the car?s arrival, financing, and any other questions I had. On delivery day, all went smoothly; and everyone was so friendly. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Smooth easy process to purchasing our new car, Blake was awesome to work with. Found the car worked out a deal, purchased the car all in about 4 hours.

Social distancing, additional seating outside would be nice. Several of us just wondered the lot while waiting because there are only 2 benches.

Sales where excellent. Trade in was fair. Honest to balance and rotate three days after purchase. Definitely come prepared to buy the extended warranty. It's worth it.

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I have sent many of my customers over the years to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and overall expierence from Jerry Goddard and his people have been beyond exemplary. They actually understand the term customer service and listening to what the customer wants. I initially learned about Hennessy Honda from a retired Honda employee that said that is where he and other go because of the entire culture that Jerry Goddard has fostered at Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and I must say I agree 100% . I am getting ready to purchase a new car and that is where I am going and my brother from North Carolina said he would buy from them as well. That says a lot. My service was great .I wish they would have wash my car before I picked up.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Was very satisfied with the ease of purchasing a new car. Kenny cho was very helpful . I was very pleased with the service dept and the time I had to wait was minimal I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
