We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

It was a great experience all around! Dan was very helpful and spent time with me explaining warranty options, etc. After I purchased the vehicle spent time explaining how to use all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Dan DeVries! The paperwork process was smooth and effortless thanks to Char Bambrough. She is very friendly and knowledgeable! Great experience all sround!

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

He brought the car around to the front. Hooked! Bought last October, 2,300 mile on this 2024 Grand Cherokee Summit. They decided the vehicle was too big. Their loss my gain!! More bells and whistles than I'm used to but drives like a dream, ride is so smooth and quiet. Manny I will refer anyone seeking a new or used car your way! Jacob was awesome with the paperwork. Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. So I'm telling you, if you are thinking of a different car, Stop and see Ryan and the other good people at Summit Ford in Beaver Dam.

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

As a woman it can be intimidating buying a new car. This dealership goes above and beyond to win your business. I cannot say enough about their customer service. There are no games being played. They are a wonderful dealership. Buy here without any hesitation!

I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

Amazing experience! Went in to look at some options and walked out with a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot. We test drove several cars. Sam was absolutely wonderful! Picked it up from the dealer, Richfield Bloomington Honda, installed tonneau cover and drove it to Florida residence. Great ride with a full box! Have not had it a month yet. So far, so good!

the right truck for most people offroad no, but daily driver and utility the greatest. easy in and out roamy comfortable the bed and trunk so usable.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I bought my Ridgeline new in February 2021 and it still feels new to me. Plenty of power, comfort, and convenience to keep me satisfied and not interested in replacing it. I’ve owned several interesting new cars, like a’69 Z28, ‘74 MGB, and 2019 Insight but the Ridgeline is the first to truly keep my interest.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

I traded in my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E for a 2022 Black Edition Ridgeline. Love the additional features, and the fact that they put a volume knob back on the infotainment system. Comfortable ride, love the tailgate and the in bed audio system which just blows people away! Also love the two way tailgate and the trunk in the bed.
