I just wanted say I have had the best service experience from honda of fife. I first went to thus dealership to buy a 22 Honda civic sport touring. I had bad experience with sales. I bought 22 civic from south tacoma honda. Loved the sales department. I needed to have my new car serviced so I took it to Honda of south tacoma. I first was received very nicely. Checked the car in. With in 15 mins I was called to the front desk. I was told that since I had messed with mu own car they would not fix it under the warrenty. Ok no problem I took my car and drove to Honda of fife. Very wonderful staff at service department was very warm. I had installed an aftermarket bass speaker and replaced a fuse with a non low profile fuse. Honda of fife was super honest and explained that I had accidentally damaged a wire. Ok no problem. They quoted me a price and I agreed to the price. Car was fixed. Ok next time I went to Honda of fife oil change. Once again great service and they even honored a coupon I had from south tacoma honda. I really want say enough great things about this service department. Had 2 recalls on my 22 Honda civic. Both of these recalls handled very professional and quick.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

I had bought a used jeep grand Cherokee and very happy w my purchase and customer service It needed a new battery and they replaced it

Awd, It spends a lot of gasoline, it is heavy, it is not effective in states where there is no snow, too heavy whit AWD.

Honda of Seattle is great, and the workers here are amazing. The sales team didn't pressure us to buy a car and were very friendly through all our interactions. Diana went above and beyond getting us our car. She was super friendly and made sure to keep us informed as we waited for everything to be processed. She stayed late and worked so hard to help us. Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

The vehicles are top notch , the customer service is plus 10 , overall a wonderful experience in the purchase since our car was totaled. Thank you all there at CarMax for your professionalizm and help during this time. A Special Thank You too Zackery " what a salesman " .

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

They made buying a car painless. I wanted to hug the sales person, Fred and the finance person, Brandon when we were done. Yes, I just bought a used car and wanted to hug them!? They took very good care of me, both were very kind, considerate and professional.

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport and it’s my last truck. I’ve owned full size trucks most of my life, decided to down size, spent time researching & test driving. It’s easy to drive, has all the bells & whistles that I wanted, and it’s easy to park!

The service that was to be performed was explained by Nicole and she kept me updated on how soon my vehicle would be available.

Pros: This the best pickup for an average pickup truck owner. I have no plans on towing anything and the truck drives very good. The Ridgeline interior is quiet and spacious, is an excellent highway cruiser, has very good sight lines, excellent seat comfort, nice storage spaces in the cab and truck bed, and is well made with a solid structure. The interior materials are made up of quality pieces. Fits my garage. The Honda engineering is so good that I can overlook or accept the minuses. Cons: The Ridgeline is missing some features and the tech needs updating. I am happy with my truck. My Honda dealership made my purchase transaction very simple.

Its 2024 I got my 2006 RTL in 2007 outside of the light of the radio isn't illuminated anymore(who cares) this truck is still rolling strong with 197k miles on it! We have done some big boy truck stuff with it too and hauled trailers up mountains(no kidding) I see these trucks on the road and they're nice and probably stronger in many ways but this truck is like an old pair of comfortable boots at this point.They do the job and when its clean,it still looks awesome!,why do I need new ones? People offer to purchase it still.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.
