I had been shopping on line for several days. I was looking for a Veloster with the options and color that I preferred. One day I checked stock at several dealers and found what I was looking for at Cocoa Hyundai. I test drove it on Saturday and told Dustin and Carlos that I wanted to think about it over the next few days. Unlike other dealers, they did not hold my keys or try to pressure me into buying the car that day. That was greatly appreciated. I went back on Tuesday and we started the negotiating (as usual) and to my surprise they were easy to work with. The whole process took less than 2 hours to complete. 2 good decisions that day...Cocoa Hyundai and the Veloster.

I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

I went in to get a 20,000 mile oil change and ended up trading in for a new Elantra

My daughter and I went to look at the car the customer service was right in front of the door and they so friendly. We felt really comfortable to talked I made my decision to bought a car with in only an hour. My daughter got a care drove home with a smile and happiness.

Had a leased Elantra, great car. Wanted something a little larger, so moved up to the Sonata. This is a terrific car, very happy with it. Was also happy with the service received from our salesman Johnny. Will do business with Cocoa Hyundai again.

Smooth power train, great MPG, roomy interior, up to date tech, and looks sporty. Very practical vehicle that will meet most expectations. Kudos to Hyundai!

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

We called the dealership to look at a Kia Telluride SX model. The salesperson was “Trent” . Trent brought up (2) model forus to look at & drive. The one thing we learned when buying a Telluride you need to i sure if the model you selected will allow you to pull a small trailer, good thing i asked, we changed-to the SX model that enables you to pull a trailer. Trent was excellent & extremely patient with us in our making of a decision.,Trent while being new to the Jackson owned dealerships will be a great asset. Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

We had a great experience at the dealership, and everything and up to negotiating are trade-ins; they all treated me with respect, and I had my mother with me, and we were all able to work out a great deal which reduced her current payments and reduced the interest she was paying more than double. Everyone was great. Two of the managers who stood out amongst everyone else were Mr. Anthony Puglia and Mr. Will Becker. They treated us so well And made the entire experience worth doing again. I was initially hesitant to enter a dealership that I have never been to and knew none of the sales associates. This was an amazing surprise. The knowledge, personality, and sincere public relations skills displayed by AJ was astounding. I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

We bought a 2022 Highlander from Chuck in January 2022 and were very happy. Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run accident that totaled my almost new vehicle. When I contacted Chuck at the dealership to let him know that I would be needing another car, and I wanted the same thing, he immediately started looking for me. He found me exactly what I wanted. It was in transit and he kept me updated throughout so that we could make the timing work with the insurance payout. The sales manager Troy worked hard to get me a good deal, and get me a good rate on financing, as rates had gone up since I bought my last car. I was very happy with the service I received and will remember that when it comes time to buy my next car!

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I was working with Eric Berkowitz on a used Camry. I was coming in the next day to buy it, when I got a call letting me know that it had been sold. I thanked them for their honesty, giving me the heads up, as most dealers would have just let me come in and then try to switch me to another car. I still came in the next day and worked with Eric. They found me another Camry with the certified warranty, and gave me an even better deal!!!! I would definitely recommend working with both Toyota Of Melbourne and Eric! Best car buying experience I've ever had!!!
