Leased a new 2025 ELANTRASEL sport from Ontario Hyundai so far so good as far as the car goes. Still waiting for one of the sales managers to call me back regarding the alarm on the car I got a lot of misinformation regarding the alarm. Also, the sales person said they would call me back regarding the feedback on the survey on my car buying experience. I thought I was being coached on how to answer the questions on my new car experience. Been waiting since at least June 17 for the sales manager to call me back and the sales person not too happy about that.. I should’ve waited longer before I answered the questions regarding my new car buying experience I would’ve answered differently than what I did. Would like the general manager to contact me. Sent in a schedule test drive appointment and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with someone who helped answer some basic questions and then got a time set. Walked in and talked with Ron L. he was awesome and great to work with test drive the car. Ended up getting a deal I felt comfortable with and bought my Elantra N.

Jim worked very well with my to agree on a price we both thought was fair. I was was worried buying a car would be as painful as some people have claimed it to be, but I can say it was a pleasurable experience. I will certainly be looking at Wilkins Hyundai for future car purchases.

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!!
