My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.

My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
Finish Line Auto is a dealership that will have you driving away in a car you can feel good about. Now, if you don't have the credit, they'll work with you to get financing to the best of their ability. This might mean you pay a little more to the banks (They always gotta grease their palms), but you're still getting a deal from the dealership. If anyone will get you taken care of, it's these guys. We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
Walid - the owner makes shopping for a used car a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. He answered my questions and explained options during my used car search. Walid advised me which of the three makes I was considering would be best for me - and why. If you want a fancy showroom - look elsewhere. If you want a good experience - look here.
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
It was a good experience. This is the third time I have returned to this dealership for a lease and have always had a pleasant experience.
