Sent in a schedule test drive appointment and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with someone who helped answer some basic questions and then got a time set. Walked in and talked with Ron L. he was awesome and great to work with test drive the car. Ended up getting a deal I felt comfortable with and bought my Elantra N.

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

Talked to Nizar over the phone and set an appointment to test drive the car, liked the car right off the bat and negotiated on the already discounted Lexus RX and left the deposit. Picked it up the same day later at night. Happy for the purchase. Talk to Nizar, when you need a nice car for your self.

Paul was great to work with. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Paul knew I was an hour away from the dealer, and was very honest over the phone regarding the details of the car (most dealers are not). His manager Nick was also very honest and great to work with. First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

I always have bought my cars here even back when it was Schaffer and now Webb. John B. and Jim C, in the service department have always taken such great care of me whenever my vehicle needed repairs. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs.
